The GM-FTDI8X-M is housed in a rugged chassis for installations in offices, labs, warehouses, heavy machinery, and automation equipment. For most installations, the self-powered configuration is standard, a powered option is also available on the unit for those who need pass-through power, supporting variable voltage 9~48VDC input.
